-   STUDIO POLICY  -

At Integrated Body Arts, we endeavour to provide a pleasant and enjoyable experience for you at each visit. To ensure this we ask our clients to please adhere to our policies below. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We appreciate your co-operation on these matters.

Bookings, Attendance & Payment

  1. A minimum of two people are required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled. Please be aware classes are on a first come first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, classes can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.
  2. Bookings are made online through our booking system Mind Body Online, either on your smart phone, or the Mind Body or Integrated Body Arts website. Click here to find out more.
  3. Payment must be made upon booking, no exceptions. To book into a class you must either have pre-purchased credits in your account or pay at the time of booking in the studio.
  4. If a class you particularly want is fully booked please sign up for the waiting list through Mind Body Online. Due to our 8 hr cancellation policy there is movement in the classes. Once you have been allocated a spot, you will receive an email confiriming that you are booked for the class, so please check your email regularly. Once you are added to the class our normal 8 hour cancellation policy applies.
  5. Out of consideration for the Teacher, other clients, and also for your own safety, the warm-up is an important aspect of each class. Please be aware that if you are more than 5 minutes late for a class, you may not be able to join.
  6. Integrated Body Arts reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.
